For New Patients
The nonrefundable deposit fee covers the evaluation and treatment plan visit. The recommended procedures or skincare products are an additional cost. We will need 72 hour notice for any appointment changes. If less than 72 hours, the visit fee cannot be transferred. Thank you for your understanding and helping us honor each patient’s reservation and experience.
For Established Patients
The nonrefundable deposit fee for returning patients goes toward your scheduled treatment procedure. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of service. We will need 72 hour notice for any appointment changes. If less than 72 hours, the visit fee cannot be transferred. For New Patients
The visit includes an in depth evaluation and analysis with the dermatologist, technology empowered skin analysis scan, and a comprehensive recommended treatment package. The nonrefundable deposit fee will be applied to your recommended treatment package.
Established Patients
The nonrefundable deposit fee applies to your scheduled treatment procedure. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of service.
