For New Patients
The nonrefundable deposit fee covers the evaluation and treatment plan visit. The recommended procedures or skincare products are an additional cost. We kindly request a 72 hour notice for any appointment changes. If less than 72 hours, the visit fee cannot be transferred. If the office is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, an alternative appointment time will be offered to accommodate the original scheduling. Thank you for your understanding and helping us honor each patient’s reservation and experience.
For Established Patients
The nonrefundable deposit fee for returning patients goes toward your scheduled treatment procedure. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of service. We kindly request a 72 hour notice for any appointment changes. If less than 72 hours, the visit fee cannot be transferred. If the office is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, an alternative appointment time will be offered to accommodate the original scheduling.
